Key Responsibilities Calling & Pitching : Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads provided by the database or digital channels to pitch loans (business loans).
Lead Management : Qualify prospective clients, understand their financial requirements, and pitch suitable lending products. Follow-ups : Maintain a regular follow-up pipeline with interested clients to drive conversion and closure.
Documentation Support : Coordinate initial document collection and guide customers through basic eligibility checks.
Target Achievement : Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
