Role &
Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
Generate leads and fix appointments for the Relationship/Wealth Management team.
Introduce financial products such as Mutual Funds, SIPs, Demat & Trading Accounts, Bonds, PMS, AIF and other investment solutions.
Follow up regularly with interested prospects and maintain the lead pipeline.
Understand basic client requirements and route qualified leads to the appropriate Relationship Manager.
Maintain daily calling, follow-up and conversion records in CRM/Excel.
Support promotional campaigns and client engagement activities.
Achieve assigned monthly lead-generation and appointment targets.
