Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments. Answer course-related queries.
Make welcome calls to current app users. Assist students with login, course access, and video issues. Coordinate course kit delivery and resolve student concerns. Maintain follow-ups and update CRM records.
Requirements: Excellent Tamil communication skills. Good counselling and listening skills. Basic computer knowledge. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach. Freshers are welcome to apply!
