Job Role Telecaller / Sales Executive – Loan Services This is primarily a lead conversion and sales role. The company will provide you with customer leads, and your responsibility will be to convert those leads into successful loan cases. ? Key Responsibilities ? Call leads provided by the company ? Understand customers' financial requirements ? Explain suitable loan products and eligibility ? Collect and verify required customer details/documents ? Follow up consistently with interested customers ? Coordinate with the internal operations team ? Convert qualified leads into successful loan applications/disbursements ? Achieve daily,
