Job Summary:-

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with prospective customers, generate leads, explain property projects, and coordinate site visits with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and offers.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain daily call and lead follow-up reports.
- Update customer information in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and site-visit targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-





- 0-3 years of experience in real estate telecalling or sales preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication and convincing skills can also apply.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM is an added advantage.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
