Role: Telecaller /n CTC: 3.5-4.0 Lakhs per annum plus Incentives (negotiable) /n /n We are looking to hire 2 Telecallers to handle incoming leads from social media and other marketing channels. /n /n If you’re confident on calls, persuasive, and good at converting inquiries into serious prospects, we’d love to connect with you. /n /n Role & Responsibilities: /n /n

- Call and follow up with leads generated through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp & other platforms

/n

- Understand customer requirements and explain products clearly

/n

- Build rapport and maintain regular follow-ups

/n

- Maintain lead data and update CRM/sheets

/n

- Coordinate with the sales team for closures

/n /n /n Requirements: /n /n

- Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)

/n

- Prior telecalling/sales experience preferred (freshers with confidence can apply)

/n

- Comfortable handling social media leads

/n

- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets

/n
