About the RoleWe are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Telecaller to manage and nurture incoming and existing leads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, conducting regular follow-ups, and qualifying/maturing leads before handing them over to the sales team for closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to assigned leads and connect with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements, preferences, budget, and property interests.
- Nurture and mature leads through timely and effective follow-ups.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects until they are ready to interact with the sales team.
- Qualify interested clients and hand over matured leads to the sales team for further discussions and closure.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits between clients and the sales team.
- Follow up with clients regarding scheduled site visits and ensure maximum attendance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information, call records, follow-up dates,



and lead status in the CRM.
- Track every interaction and ensure no potential lead is missed.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling, follow-up, lead conversion, and site visit targets.
- Build a positive relationship with prospective clients and represent the company professionally.

Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and convincing abilities.
- Ability to handle objections and maintain client engagement.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and lead management will be an added advantage.
- Highly organized with valuable attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, real estate, or lead generation is preferred; freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
