Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert leads into site visits and closures.

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads for real estate projects. Explain project details, amenities, pricing, and investment benefits to customers. Schedule and coordinate site visits for clients with the sales team.

Follow up with leads regularly to ensure maximum conversions. Maintain and update customer database (CRM) with accurate details. Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Handle customer queries promptly and professionally. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Requirements: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales (Real Estate preferred). Excellent communication and persuasion skills (Hindi, English, and local language preferred). Robust ability to handle rejections and maintain positive attitude.



Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and internet research. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented mindset.

Qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate (any stream).
