We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to join our personal loan processing team.
Responsibilities
Make calls to customers regarding personal loan requirements.
Explain loan eligibility and the application process.
Follow up with interested customers.
Maintain customer details and call records.
Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
Requirements
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Kannada/Hindi preferred; basic English is an advantage.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary & Incentives ₹15,000 per month + attractive performance-based incentives.
High performers can earn up to ₹1 lakh/month including incentives, depending on performance.
