JOB TITLE - Telecaller

Available both WFH and WFO for different locations.

Job Details Company : Talent Connect Search Partner

Salary : ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Incentives : Target Based Incentives

Key Responsibilities -

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate quality leads.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into advance payments.
- Maintain accurate call records and lead details in the system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets consistently.
- Work closely with the team to maximize conversions.

Requirements

- Positive communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Confident, persuasive, and results-oriented.
- Experience in telecalling/sales is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication can also apply.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
