Role Description The TeleCaller role at Finsparkk Management Consultant PVT. LTD. is a full-time, on-site position based in Borivali. The TeleCaller will contact prospective and existing clients by phone to explain loan products, clarify eligibility, and respond to basic queries.

This role involves maintaining call logs, updating customer records, and scheduling follow-ups or appointments for further consultation. The TeleCaller will also support lead generation efforts, share required information with the sales team,



and adhere to internal communication and compliance guidelines. Consistent, professional interactions and timely coordination with colleagues are essential to success in this position.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with explicit and confident telephone etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of loan products or willingness to learn about unsecured business loans, home loans, and related financial services.
- Ability to handle high call volumes, follow scripts where needed, and manage customer records accurately.
- Comfort using CRM tools or spreadsheets for data entry, tracking leads, and updating client information.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to listen, understand client needs, and route queries appropriately.
- Minimum high school diploma; graduation in commerce, finance, or business-related fields is an advantage.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work on-site in Borivali and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
