Client Relationship Associate (CRA) NGO Calling Process

About the Role:

SMILE INDIA TRUST is looking for enthusiastic and communication-oriented candidates for the position of Client Relationship Associate (CRA) for its NGO Calling Process. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to begin their career in customer interaction, relationship management and tele-calling.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to individuals/donors as per the assigned calling process.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers/donors over the phone.
- Explain the organization, campaign or purpose of the calling process accurately.
- Build positive relationships and maintain professional communication with callers.
- Handle questions, objections and basic concerns politely and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions and follow-up requirements.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and performance targets.
- Follow the organisation's calling scripts, process guidelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with team leaders and supervisors for follow-ups and issue resolution.
- Maintain punctuality,



attendance and professional workplace conduct.

Candidate Profile

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Passed; Graduates are preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with people over the phone.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle repetitive calling activities while maintaining quality.
- Target-oriented, disciplined and self-motivated.
- Basic understanding of Hindi and/or English communication

Work Location: A100, Sector 4, Noida, UP 201301 Landmark: Harola Road or Near Sector 16 Metro Station
