Job Summary:

we are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executive to handle customer calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and support sales activities. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer calls and enquiries.
- Explain products, services, offers, and pricing clearly.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Maintain customer information and call records.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Resolve basic customer queries and coordinate with the relevant team when required.




- Maintain professional communication with customers.

Requirements:

- 10th/12th pass or Graduate.
- Freshers can apply; telecalling/sales experience is an advantage.
- Good verbal communication skills in English and/or local languages.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident, polite, and customer-friendly personality.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
