We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telecaller to join our team at iQuest Institute. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, sharing information about our courses, and guiding students/parents through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide complete information about courses and admissions
- Pitch institute programs and convert leads into admissions
- Share updates, notifications and follow-ups with existing leads
- Maintain call records and update data on CRM.
- Address queries and provide timely resolutions.

Requirements:

- Good communication skills (Hindi & English required)
- Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented personality
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools




- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
