About the Role

We are hiring energetic and confident Telecallers to connect with customers over the phone. Freshers are welcome — training will be provided. If you have clear communication skills and a positive attitude, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers from provided data
- Explain products/services clearly and answer customer queries
- Generate leads and pass qualified prospects to the sales team
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular customer contact
- Maintain daily call records and update the Google sheet
- Handle incoming calls and resolve basic customer concerns

Requirements





- Fresher to 1 year of experience in telecalling, tele-sales, or customer support
- Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred
- Good communication skills in [Hindi / English ]
- Confident, smart, and active with a pleasant telephone manner
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM entry)
- Patient and able to handle rejection positively
