Position: Telle Caller / HR Recruiter / Sr. HR Recruiter

Job Location: RV Desai Road, Nr Pratap Nagar, Vadodara

Role & responsibilities

- Responsible for contacting potential candidates, explaining available job opportunities, screening profiles, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with recruiters to facilitate successful candidate placements. The role requires excellent communication skills, follow-up abilities, and a candidate-centric approach.
- Make outbound calls to candidates from internal databases, job portals, social media, and references.
- Inform candidates about suitable job opportunities and assess their interest.
- Explain job descriptions, company profiles, compensation structures, and career prospects.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to assess qualifications, experience, skills, salary expectations, and notice period.
- Verify candidate information and evaluate suitability for client requirements.
- Shortlist qualified candidates and coordinate with recruitment consultants.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and client companies.
- Share interview details and ensure candidate preparedness.
- Follow up with candidates before and after interviews.
- Coordinate interview feedback and communicate updates to candidates.
- Maintain regular follow-up with shortlisted candidates until joining.
- Track offer acceptance, documentation, and on boarding status.
- Assist in reducing dropouts through continuous engagement and relationship management.
- Support recruiters in achieving placement targets.
- Update candidate records in Computer, Excel etc.
- Maintain accurate call logs, interview schedules, and placement records.
- Generate daily and weekly activity reports

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Only FEMALE Candidates
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in tele calling, recruitment, customer service, or tele sales.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Positive communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and internet applications.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
