We are looking for an energetic and motivated Telecaller & Lead Follow-Up Executive who can take ownership of leads provided by our team and convert enquiries into genuine business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and connect with leads provided by PlotSpot.
- Understand the customer's requirement, budget, preferred location, and timeline.
- Handle enquiries related to property buying, selling, plots, construction, interiors, and other PlotSpot services.
- Follow up consistently with interested and potential customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Qualify leads and identify Hot, Warm, Cold, and Not Interested prospects.
- Schedule property/site visits, meetings, and calls with the relevant PlotSpot team.
- Coordinate with the sales/property/construction team for qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, conversations, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Ensure timely follow-up so that no potential lead is missed.
- Provide daily/weekly updates on lead progress and conversions.
- Work towards achieving monthly calling, qualified-lead, site-visit, and conversion targets.

Candidate Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Punjabi communication skills will be an added advantage.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.




- Good persuasion and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of real estate/property is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets/CRM tools.
- Ability to maintain organized lead records.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work with sales targets.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
