Paddle Profit is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate business leads.
- Introduce clients to Paddle Profit’s digital marketing and business solutions.
- Understand client requirements and explain suitable services.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to convert qualified leads into clients.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.

Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.




- Basic Hindi and English communication skills.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous telecalling or sales experience will be an advantage.
