Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and provide information about our products/services.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally.
- Explain products/services, offers, and company information clearly.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-ups.
- Handle customer questions and resolve basic concerns.

Requirements
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and [Local Language].




- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
- Ability to work toward targets.
- Freshers can apply; prior telecalling/sales experience is an advantage.
