We are hiring Telecaller Executives for FD and Credit Card sales.

The selected candidates will be provided with customer data/leads by the company. The primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls, understand customer requirements, explain the relevant financial products and convert interested customers into successful applications.

Candidates with good communication skills, confidence and a target-oriented approach can build a strong career in sales and financial services.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers using company-provided data.
- Explain FD and Credit Card products clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and identify interested customers.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups and customer responses.
- Assist customers during the application process.
- Coordinate with the backend team for application processing.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Work towards improving daily calling and conversion performance.

Eligibility

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Telecalling, telesales, BPO, banking or financial services experience will be an advantage.
- Valuable Hindi communication skills.
- Basic English communication is preferred.
- Comfortable making outbound calls.
- Good convincing and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a target-oriented sales environment.
