Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in monitoring system performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent downtime.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on routine tasks and troubleshooting.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in MySQL Database Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with PostgreSQL Administration.
- Robust understanding of database backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of database systems to enhance efficiency.
- Ability to manage database security, including user access controls and encryption techniques.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline database maintenance tasks.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in MySQL Database Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
