Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in MySQL.
- Experience in database management and query optimization related to MySQL.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database-related incidents effectively.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures for MySQL databases.
- Understanding of database security best practices and access controls.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in MySQL.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
