Role Description The Technology Operations Manager is a part-time, hybrid based in Srinagar, responsible for overseeing the technology infrastructure and operational workflows of the law chambers. This role includes managing day-to-day IT operations, ensuring systems uptime, coordinating with external vendors, and supporting legal staff with hardware, software, and case management tools.

The Technology Operations

Manager will optimize processes, monitor performance metrics, and align technology initiatives with the chambers’ operational and strategic goals. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, implementing upgrades, managing projects related to system improvements, documenting procedures, and ensuring data security and compliance.



The role also involves collaborating with leadership to identify operational risks, drive continuous improvement, and support training for team members on technology tools and best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations Management and Program Management skills to oversee day-to-day workflows and long-term initiatives.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills to plan, execute, and deliver technology and process improvement projects on time and within scope.
- Candidates should possess robust Information Technology skills to manage systems, networks, software tools, data security, and user support.
- Candidates should possess excellent Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, identify issues, and recommend effective solutions.
- Experience working in professional services or legal environments, with an understanding of confidentiality and compliance, is beneficial.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with attorneys, staff, and external vendors.
- Proven ability to document processes, create guidelines, and provide training on technology tools and workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Operations Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
