About the Role:- Klaimify Private Limited is looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Technology Lead who can take ownership of technology execution across multiple products and projects and contribute to the overall growth of the engineering team.

This is a critical technology leadership position for an engineer who is comfortable writing production-ready code, designing scalable solutions, reviewing architecture, solving complex technical problems, mentoring developers, and driving engineering standards.

The ideal candidate should be highly technical, innovative, solution-oriented, and capable of converting complex business requirements into scalable and practical technical solutions.

The Technology Lead will work closely with senior leadership and engineering teams and will be responsible for influencing the overall technical direction, engineering quality, and delivery standards of projects at Klaimify.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Technology Leadership and Ownership

- Take end-to-end technical ownership of multiple projects and product initiatives.
- Define and drive technical direction, architecture, engineering practices, and implementation standards.
- Evaluate business and functional requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Make architectural and technology decisions considering scalability, maintainability, security, and performance.
- Act as the primary technical point of reference for developers and project teams.
- Identify technology risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities and proactively address them.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and introduce relevant tools, frameworks, and engineering practices.

1. Full-Stack Development

- Develop and review highly scalable applications across the full technology stack.
- Build robust backend services, APIs, integrations, and business logic using Python and Node.js.
- Design and develop modern web applications using React.js.
- Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
- Ensure seamless integration between frontend, backend, databases, third-party services, and cloud infrastructure.
- Remain hands-on in solving technically complex problems rather than functioning only as a people manager.

1. Backend Engineering

Strong hands-on expertise is expected in:
- Advanced Python development.
- Node.js development.
- RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures.
- Database design, data modelling, and optimisation.
- Authentication, authorisation, and application security.
- Integration with third-party APIs and enterprise systems.
- Performance optimisation and debugging.
- Writing clean, reusable, maintainable,



and production-ready code.

Experience with Frappe Framework and ERPNext will be a strong advantage and is highly preferred.
1. Front-End and Mobile Engineering

Strong practical experience in:
- React.js.
- React Native.
- JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Component-based architecture.
- State management.
- API integration.
- Responsive and performance-oriented UI development.
- Front-end architecture and reusable component design.

The candidate should be comfortable independently developing significant features across UI, backend, and database layers.
1. DevOps, Cloud and Deployment

Hands-on experience with one or more of the following is required or preferred:
- AWS.
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Docker.
- Kubernetes.
- CI/CD pipelines.
- Cloud deployment and application monitoring.
- Production troubleshooting and deployment management.

The candidate should understand how applications move from development to staging and production and should be capable of collaborating closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams.
1. Technical Mentoring and Engineering Excellence

- Lead by example through high-quality technical implementation.
- Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical evaluations.
- Mentor developers and help them resolve complex day-to-day technical challenges.
- Establish coding standards, development guidelines, and engineering best practices.
- Help developers improve code quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Identify reusable frameworks, libraries, components, and engineering accelerators.
- Encourage automation and continuous improvement within the development lifecycle.

1. Architecture and Framework Design

- Design scalable and reusable application frameworks.
- Define application architecture, module boundaries, coding structures, and integration patterns.
- Assess technical feasibility of new requirements and propose innovative implementation approaches.
- Identify opportunities to simplify complex systems and improve development velocity.
- Build engineering solutions that can scale with Klaimify's growing product and project ecosystem.

Must-Have Experience and Skills:-

- 4-7 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong full-stack development experience.
- Advanced hands-on expertise in Python.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js.
- Strong hands-on expertise in React.js.
- Hands-on experience with React Native.
- Solid understanding of APIs, databases, integrations, and application architecture.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS or GCP.
- Practical experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes.




- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and engineering practices.
- Proven ability to work independently on complex technical problems.

Highly Preferred:- Candidates with the following background will receive strong preference:

- Experience with Frappe Framework / ERPNext.
- Experience working in a product-based organisation.
- Experience in a technology startup or fast-growing technology company.
- Experience in a service-based IT organisation, particularly in client-facing technology projects.
- Experience leading a development team or working as a Technical Lead.
- Experience in designing frameworks, reusable architectures, or internal developer platforms.
- Experience handling multiple projects or products simultaneously.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, or event-driven architectures.
- Experience with AI-enabled applications, automation, or emerging technologies.

Background We Are Looking For
- Strong preference for candidates who have worked in a startup environment where ownership, speed, and adaptability are essential.
- Service-company background is preferred, particularly candidates who have worked on multiple projects, clients, or technology stacks.
- Candidates from product companies will also be highly valued, especially those with strong product engineering and architecture capabilities.
- The ideal candidate should be comfortable thinking beyond assigned tasks, understanding the larger business problem, and independently driving the technical solution.
