The position demands continuous evaluation of architectural frameworks and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and technical standards, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

- Lead the development and implementation of architectural strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical and professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Solid knowledge of platform architecture design principles and best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Experience in integrating diverse technology components to build cohesive systems.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and capacity planning to ensure system reliability.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
