About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Technology Analyst with experience in Managed File Transfer (MFT) platforms to support enterprise cloud infrastructure operations and project initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Axway administration, secure file transfer technologies, and enterprise MFT environments.

This position is offered as a 1-year contractual assignment through a subcontracting partner and will be based in Bangalore or Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer, support, and maintain Managed File Transfer (MFT) platforms.
- Configure and troubleshoot secure file transfers using SFTP, FTP/S, HTTP/S, and related protocols.
- Manage encryption technologies including SSL/TLS and PGP/GPG.
- Monitor and resolve file transfer failures, connectivity issues, and performance bottlenecks.
- Support BAU activities and project delivery within cloud infrastructure environments.
- Work with application, infrastructure,



and security teams to ensure secure data exchange.
- Automate operational tasks using Linux/Unix shell scripting and scheduling tools.
- Maintain documentation, operational procedures, and incident records.
- Ensure platform stability, security compliance, and service availability.
