Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Writer role based in Hyderabad.

The Technical

Writer will create, organize, and maintain clear and accurate technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, installation manuals, release notes, and knowledge base articles for AI and software products. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with engineers, product managers, and QA teams to gather technical information, understanding complex systems,



and translating them into accessible content for technical and non-technical audiences. The role involves defining documentation structures, following style guides and documentation standards, and ensuring consistency across all deliverables.

The Technical

Writer will also review and update existing documents, manage documentation repositories, and contribute to continuous improvement of documentation processes and tools.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Writing and Technical Communication for software and AI products.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Technical Documentation and Documentation processes, including version control and content management.
- Candidates should possess experience creating and maintaining Manuals and user guides for diverse technical audiences.
- Proficiency in English with excellent written communication, grammar, and editing skills.
- Experience working closely with engineering, product, and QA teams in a technology or software development environment.
- Familiarity with documentation tools and formats (such as Markdown, HTML, Confluence, Git-based workflows, or similar platforms).
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts, ask clarifying questions, and present information in a structured and user-centric manner.
- Minimum 5+ years of skilled experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar documentation-focused role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Communication, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
