About the job /n We are seeking a energetic and experienced Techno Commercial Printing and Packaging expert to join our team, focusing on the paperboard for printing and packaging sector. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in printing and packaging, exceptional customer service skills, and a proven track record in business development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, addressing complaints and claims, troubleshooting technical issues, and driving business growth. /n /n Responsibilities /n Technical Expertise and Troubleshooting: /n /n

- Provide hands-on technical support related to paperboard products, including troubleshooting issues related to printing and packaging operations.

/n

- Offer expert advice on the selection and application of paperboard materials to optimize customer outcomes.

/n /n Customer Service and Complaint Management: /n /n

- Address and resolve customer complaints and claims promptly and professionally.

/n

- Implement effective solutions to prevent recurrence of issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

/n /n Technical Sales Support and New Product Development: /n /n

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers, showcasing the benefits and features of paperboard solutions.

/n

- Prepare detailed technical proposals and documentation to support sales efforts.

/n

- Active involvement in new product development to support Product manager and mill operations

/n /n Customer Relationship Management: /n /n

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the paperboard industry.

/n

- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that leverage your technical expertise in printing and packaging.

/n /n Market Analysis and Reporting: /n /n

- Analyze market trends,



customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

/n

- Prepare regular reports on product performance, customer feedback, and market conditions.

/n /n Business Development: /n /n

- Identify customer’s challenges with existing supplier, pain points and their expectations and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth in the paperboard sector.

/n

- Collaborate with Sales teams to create strategies for market expansion.

/n /n /n Qualifications: /n /n

- Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology/Diploma in Printing technology/ Bachelor’s Degree in Packaging technology

/n

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in printing and packaging operations.

Additional

Sales experience will be advantage.

/n

- Hands-on experience with paperboard Printing and Packaging (Offset) production and processes is highly desirable.

/n

- Strong technical knowledge of paperboard, Inks, printing processes, and packaging solutions.

/n

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in printing packaging operations.

/n

- Experience in New Product Development and alternate packaging solutions

/n

- Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.

/n

- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on complaint resolution and relationship management.

/n

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

/n

- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities

/n

- Knowledge in paper and board products will be an advantage

/n

- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers, travel and spend time in mill with operations team and attend industry events.

/n

- Proficiency in Communication and Presentation skills
