Role Description The Technical Sales Engineer (Fresher) role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. This role involves understanding Sileaf’s BLDC and Solar DC water pump solutions, presenting technical features and benefits to prospective customers, and supporting the sales team in pre-sales and post-sales activities.

The Technical Sales

Engineer will assist in preparing proposals, product demonstrations, and technical documentation,



while responding to customer queries and providing basic technical support under guidance. Daily responsibilities also include coordinating with the R&D; and operations teams to address customer requirements, contributing to market feedback, and maintaining accurate records in the sales process.

Qualifications

- Strong Technical Sales and Sales Engineering skills to understand customer needs and align solutions with product capabilities.
- Ability to perform Technical Support and provide explicit technical explanations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Effective Communication and Sales skills to build relationships, present solutions, and support negotiations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field) or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Basic understanding of motors, controllers, or hydraulics; interest in BLDC technology and solar-powered systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn CRM or sales tools.
- Capacity to work on-site in the Pune Division, travel to customer locations as needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced technical sales environment.
