Wellocia Talent Solutions is hiring a result-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our team and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.

? Job Type: Full-Time, Work From Office

? Experience: Minimum 1 & Maximum 2 year in Technical/IT Recruitment/ Non IT Recruitment

? Salary: ₹20,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives

Key Responsibilities

- Source qualified IT/Technical candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and other channels using organic and inorganic sourcing methods.
- Screen and shortlist candidates according to client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates through the complete hiring process.
- Ensure selected candidates successfully join the organization.
- Connect with companies and HR/Talent Acquisition teams for new client acquisition.
- Generate and manage new hiring requirements.
- Maintain candidate and client databases and provide regular updates.




- Work towards achieving monthly sourcing, interview, selection and joining targets.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Technical/IT Recruitment.
- Technical Graduate Compulsary
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills.
- Positive understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Target-oriented and focused on closures.
- Recruitment consultancy/agency experience will be an advantage.
