About the Role

Haystek Technologies is looking for a proactive, organized, and technology-oriented HR & Technical Recruitment Intern. In this role, you will work closely with the HR and technical teams to coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, conduct initial screening calls using predefined technical questions, and support Group Discussion (GD) activities.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of IT roles and technical concepts, solid communication skills, and a genuine interest in learning how technical recruitment works. This role is well suited for candidates who have completed their education or are in their final semester and are looking for practical, project-based experience in HR and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and interview panels.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, confirmations, updates, and next steps.
- Follow up with candidates and interview panels for interview feedback and status updates.
- Assist with Group Discussion (GD) activities, including candidate calling, scheduling, sending meeting invitations, and coordinating participation.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate information,



interview schedules, feedback, and recruitment trackers.
- Work extensively with Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining recruitment data and tracking candidate progress.
- Coordinate with HR and technical team members to ensure candidates move smoothly through the recruitment process.
- Take ownership of assigned recruitment activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain professional communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA in Human Resources / HRM / Business Administration/ Bachelors in Computer Science or a Master's degree in HR.
- Prior exposure to Naukri, LinkedIn, or other recruitment platforms is an advantage.
- Previous internship, project, campus recruitment, or coordination experience is a plus.
- Candidates who have completed their education and are actively looking for an opportunity to begin their career are encouraged to apply.
- Final-semester / final-year candidates looking for a project internship will be given preference.
- Candidates should be willing to work from the office.
