Key Requirements

- 5–15 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment
- Prior experience working with GCCs, Direct Clients, System Integrators (SIs), and VMS/MSP models
- Robust experience recruiting for India-based customers
- Good understanding of the Indian IT recruitment market and hiring practices
- Proven experience sourcing and closing candidates for technical roles
- Strong candidate engagement, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation skills

Technology Exposure Candidates should have strong recruitment experience in the following areas:
- Java Full Stack
- Generative AI (GenAI)




- Python
- AI/ML and other emerging technologies

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels
- Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers, clients, and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain and manage candidate pipelines
- Drive positions from requirement intake through successful closure
