About the Role

This is a key position within the Tender Department. The Primary Technical Proposals Engineer will be responsible for delivering high‑quality technical content for tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Review technical aspects of tenders and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Identify value engineering opportunities to deliver the most cost‑effective solutions for clients.
- Specify major equipment and ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards.




- Coordinate technical content for tenders, including Single Line Diagrams (SLD), layouts/general arrangements, calculations, schedules, and Project Execution Plans.
- Provide technical support to the estimating team throughout the tendering process.
- Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure technical proposals meet client expectations.
- Manage and maintain technical documentation.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or an electrical trade qualification.
- Project management experience.
