Role Description The Technical Project Engineer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Ranchi, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring technical projects related to banking infrastructure, electrical systems, and technology deployments across branches and offices. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery, compliance with technical standards, and alignment with bank policies.

The Technical Project

Engineer will provide technical support for installations and maintenance, troubleshoot issues,



and contribute to process improvements and documentation. The role also involves analyzing project performance, preparing reports, and communicating status updates to leadership while ensuring minimal disruption to banking operations.

- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Electrical Engineering to understand, evaluate, and support electrical and infrastructure-related projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field is preferred; relevant professional certifications in project management or IT infrastructure are an advantage.
- Experience in banking, financial services, or large enterprise environments, with familiarity in regulatory and compliance requirements, is beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid setup are highly valued.
