Position: Technical Program Manager (TPM) /n Location: Noida /n The role of the Technical Program Manager begins as soon as a company client's sales cycle is completed. A TPM serves as a single point of contact for clients, guiding them from "after sales" to "live implementation." At the very least, TPMs are designed to handle a few single-digit customers at a time. /n Responsibilities & Duties /n /n

- Card91's SPOC for the client's business and technical team

/n

- Coordination of the client's business, technical and design teams with Card91's business, technical and design teams

/n

- Provide detailed API explanation and Sandbox / Live business portal's demonstrations to the client's teams

/n

- Daily coordination with multiple teams on the client's and Card91's end to facilitate seamless integration and testing

/n

- Supervise testing on various platforms, QA and UAT, as well as sign off on the client's API integration

/n





- Responsible for overall Technical Implementation along with creating and maintaining the Project Tracker

/n /n Qualifications & Skills /n /n

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electronics.

/n

- Total Experience of 3 to 5 Years.

/n

- 2 to 5 years of experience in API development and integrations.

/n

- Ability to work and effectively communicate with other teams (external or internal) in an online or offline mode

/n

- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information

/n

- Financial services experience is a must

/n
