Role Summary The Technical Marketing Associate will support GreenCo's business growth by driving lead generation, market outreach, sector engagement, and marketing initiatives for GreenCo Ratings, Net Zero Certifications, Green Supply Chain programs, and other sustainability services. The role requires a blend of technical understanding, marketing acumen, stakeholder engagement, and analytical capabilities to expand GreenCo's reach across industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Lead Generation

- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients across manufacturing sectors for GreenCo Ratings, Net Zero Certifications, Green Supply Chain programs, and other sustainability services.
- Generate qualified leads through industry research, networking, events, digital platforms, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to convert opportunities into business.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and business opportunities.

2. Proposal Development & Sales Conversion · Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and customer-specific business solutions.

· Understand customer sustainability priorities and position GreenCo services.

· Coordinate with technical teams to obtain inputs required for customer engagement.

· Track proposal progress, manage follow-ups, and drive closure of opportunities.

3. Marketing Campaigns & Industry Outreach





· Plan and execute marketing campaigns for GreenCo Ratings, and other services.

· Organize and manage webinars, awareness programs, and industry engagements activities.

· Develop sector-specific outreach plans to increase GreenCo's visibility across target industries.

· Drive participation and lead generation through events and marketing initiatives.

4. Market Intelligence & Strategic Partnerships

- Conduct market research on industry sectors, sustainability trends, and competitor activities.
- Identify new market opportunities, priority sectors, and emerging sustainability needs of industry.
- Develop and manage relationships with industry associations, consultants, facilitators, and ecosystem partners to expand GreenCo's reach.

5. CRM Management & Business Analytics

- Maintain and manage CRM data including leads, proposals, client interactions, and business status.
- Track sales funnel performance and prepare periodic reports on marketing pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records and dashboards to support business planning and decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- BE / B Tech in (preferably Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Environmental)



– Minimum First Class
- MBA / PG Diploma in Marketing – Minimum First Class
- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, industrial marketing, sustainability services, consulting, certification, or business development.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing industries and sustainability concepts such as resource efficiency, energy management, ESG, circular economy, and decarbonization.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong communication and relationship management capabilities.

Preferred Attributes · Experience working with industrial organizations, industry associations, consulting firms, certification bodies, or sustainability-focused organizations.

· Ability to understand technical sustainability concepts and translate them into business value propositions.

· Willingness to travel for industry meetings, events, and customer engagement activities.
