Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

- Minimum 10+ years of development experience in Web Applications using .NET Technologies and 2+ years in AWS
- Expertise in .NET Framework & .NET Core Technologies
- Strong development experience with ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, WebAPI, Micro services, authorization & authentication
- Experience with authentication, authorization, and secure API consumption between React and .NET applications.
- Robust hands-on experience with React.js and modern front-end development.
- Experience with React Hooks (useState, useEffect, useContext, useMemo, useCallback).
- Experience with AWS Services like Lambda, S3, EventBridge, RDS, Cloudwatch
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-powered coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools to improve developer productivity, code quality, and delivery efficiency

Good-to-Have

• Exposure to IaC tools like Terraform

- DevOps experience of Github and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines or similar
- You will write clean, scalable code, with a view towards design patterns and security best practices
- Understanding of Agile methodologies working within the SCRUM framework
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver solutions

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications using .NET Core/.NET Framework, C#, Web APIs, and microservices architecture.

2 Drive full-stack development initiatives leveraging React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI design principles.

3 Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS, utilizing services such as ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, EventBridge, and IAM.

4 Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

5 Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices. Lead technical design reviews, solution architecture discussions, and code reviews.

6 Drive DevOps and CI/CD practices using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and AWS services

7 Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and reliability across all environments. Mentor developers and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle
