Binary Waves Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Technical Lead – BI & Microsoft Fabric to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise Business Intelligence solutions.

This role requires a strong technical foundation, the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders, and experience in leading BI implementations using contemporary Microsoft data and analytics technologies.

Location: Chennai (Work from Office)

Experience: 7–10 Years

Immediate joiners preferred

Key Requirements:

- 7–10 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics
- Robust expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, and Python
- Hands-on experience in ETL development, data modeling, semantic models, DAX, and Power Query
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Azure Synapse, Snowflake, and BigQuery
- Ability to design and deliver enterprise dashboards, KPI reporting,



and analytical solutions
- Experience working with ERP/SAP data and integrating multiple data sources
- Strong client interaction, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience leading technical teams, mentoring developers, and ensuring quality project delivery

- Preferred:

- Microsoft PL-300 Certification
- Exposure to AI-enabled analytics and Microsoft Copilot
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
