Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Flexcube and OBMA Consultant. The consultant will work on implementing, configuring, and customizing Oracle Flexcube and OBMA solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing customer needs, designing technical solutions, developing and integrating components, and supporting end-to-end deployment activities.

The role also involves troubleshooting issues, optimizing system performance, preparing technical documentation, and collaborating with functional consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders. The consultant will participate in code reviews, adhere to best practices and security standards, and provide knowledge transfer and technical guidance to client teams.

Qualifications

- Strong technical expertise in Oracle Flexcube, including configuration, customization, integration, and upgrade activities.
- Hands-on experience with OBMA and related Oracle banking modules, including API-based connectivity and open banking integrations.
- Proficiency in relevant technologies such as SQL/PLSQL, Oracle databases,



Java or similar programming languages, and web services (REST/SOAP).
- Experience with software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Ability to analyze complex banking processes, translate functional requirements into technical solutions, and produce transparent technical documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot and resolve production and implementation issues.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in distributed, remote teams and with client stakeholders.
- Previous experience in core banking or financial services technology projects; exposure to digital transformation or enterprise solutions is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to work across time zones and support global implementations when required.
