Key Responsibilities:

- Create and format professional technical manuals, product catalogues, brochures, instruction manuals, and documentation using Adobe InDesign.

- Create and edit technical illustrations, vector graphics, diagrams, symbols, icons, and line drawings using Adobe Illustrator.

- Prepare print-ready and digital documents according to customer specifications.

- Work with engineering drawings, exploded views, product images, callouts, BOMs, tables, and technical content.

- Convert and clean up raster images into high-quality vector illustrations.

- Modify existing illustrations and maintain consistency in line weights, symbols, fonts, dimensions, and layouts.

- Develop page layouts, master pages, paragraph styles, character styles, tables, headers, footers, and automatic numbering in InDesign.

- Ensure consistency of fonts, graphics, colours, page layouts, captions, callouts, and document formatting.

- Prepare documents for PDF publishing, printing, and digital distribution.

- Review documents for formatting errors, missing graphics, incorrect page references, alignment issues, and other quality problems.

- Work closely with technical writers, engineers, illustrators, and project managers.

- Follow customer-specific documentation standards, templates, branding guidelines, and revision-control procedures.

- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting project deadlines.

- Support document updates and revision changes based on customer feedback.

Required Technical Skills Adobe InDesign:

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Adobe InDesign.





- Page layout and professional document formatting.

- Master Pages, Paragraph Styles, Character Styles, Object Styles and Table Styles.

- Automatic page numbering, cross-references, indexes and table of contents.

- Working with images, vector graphics, tables and technical content.

- PDF export and print-ready document preparation.

- Document packaging and linked-file management.

Adobe Illustrator:

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.

- Creation and modification of vector illustrations.

- Image tracing and vector conversion.

- Technical diagrams, symbols, icons and line illustrations.

- Layers, paths, clipping masks, gradients and typography.

- Accurate editing of existing technical illustrations.

- Preparation of high-quality graphics for manuals and catalogues.

Candidate Profile:

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Mechanical Engineering, Technical Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Positive visual sense and understanding of professional document layouts.

- Ability to understand technical information and convert it into clear visual documentation.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

- Willingness to learn new engineering documentation processes and software tools.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
