The Associate Consultant - Business Architecture & Analysis will support business transformation, process improvement, and digital initiatives by analyzing business needs, assessing organizational capabilities, and translating strategic objectives into actionable business and technology requirements.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, business process expertise, stakeholder management skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver business value through process optimization, technology enablement, and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, delivery teams, and project managers to support enterprise transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.
- Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Process Definition Document (PDD), user stories, and process flows.
- Perform gap analysis to identify current-state challenges and future-state opportunities.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
- Support requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

Business Architecture Support

- Develop business capability maps, value streams, and business process architectures.
- Contribute to current-state and future-state assessments.
- Analyse business capabilities and identify opportunities for process enhancement and transformation.
- Support business architecture initiatives that align business strategy with operational execution.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and solution teams to ensure alignment between business and technology objectives.

Process Improvement & Transformation

- Analyse end-to-end business processes and workflows.
- Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and RPA + AI Automation opportunities.




- Support process reengineering and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Create process maps, customer journeys, and operational models using standard frameworks.
- Assist in defining business KPIs and performance metrics.

Stakeholder Engagement

- Partner with business users, SMEs, and technical teams to validate requirements and solutions.
- Facilitate requirement workshops and business discussions.
- Communicate project progress, risks, assumptions, and recommendations effectively.
- Build solid working relationships across business and technology functions.
- Obtain necessary approvals from respective stakeholders

Agile Delivery Support

- Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum teams in Agile delivery environments.
- Assist with backlog refinement, sprint planning, and requirement prioritization.
- Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect triage activities.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations and requirements.

Change & Adoption Support

- Assist in change impact assessments and business readiness activities.
- Support user training, communication, and adoption initiatives.
- Contribute to documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge management activities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 6 to 7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Consulting, Business Architecture, Process Improvement, or Digital Transformation roles.




- Proven experience working on business and technology transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of business processes, operating models, and organizational functions.
