About The Role The role involves leading and executing critical Trust &

- Safety testing efforts for Android and ChromeOS platforms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate robust technical knowledge, hands-on automation skills, and deep expertise in privacy, security, and regulatory compliance across diverse user domains.

Responsibilities

- Test Team Leadership Guide and mentor test engineers; define and drive the overall test strategy.

- Hands-on Testing &
- Automation Perform both manual and automated testing on Android/ChromeOS devices. Develop test automation using Java/Python.

- Code Contributions Create and review code changes (CLs) using Git.

- Core Domain Testing Senior QA for Privacy &

- Security, Regulatory Resilience, and PWG across Consumer, Enterprise, and EDU.

- Cross-Domain Validation Test features across Consumer, Commercial, and Unicorn domains.

- Feature-Specific Testing Ensure thorough testing of DMA and core Chrome features.

Minimum Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

- 8 years in QA/Test Engineering, including 3 years in a technical lead role.

- Strong experience in Android and ChromeOS device testing.

- Proficient in both manual and automated testing.

- Strong programming skills in Java and/or Python.

- Proven experience with Trust &
- Safety modules (privacy, security, compliance).

- Experience testing across multiple user domains (Consumer, Commercial, Unicorn).

- Experience with Trust &

- Safety modules, Git workflows, and dashboard creation

- Solid understanding of DMA and Chrome feature testing.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with the Go or Python programming language.

- Familiarity with large-scale distributed systems.

- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
