Build the technical backbone behind high-growth businesses.

We’re looking for a Tech Intern who wants to become the technical backbone behind the funnels we build for coaches and consultants.

Your primary responsibility will be building and managing landing pages for our clients.

You don’t need to be an expert. What we’re looking for is someone who is technically curious, pays attention to detail, learns quickly, and takes ownership of their work.

Basic knowledge of Meta Ads is required; advanced expertise is not expected.

What You’ll Work On

Your primary focus — Landing Pages

- Build landing pages for coaches, consultants, and their offers.
- Customize landing pages according to client requirements and approved strategies.
- Add and edit headlines, copy, images, testimonials, forms, CTAs, etc.
- Ensure landing pages are mobile-friendly and responsive.
- Connect forms, calendars, payment gateways, and other required tools.
- Test buttons, forms, links, and page functionality.
- Make revisions based on feedback.
- Maintain and organize landing pages across multiple client projects.
- Continuously improve your understanding of conversion-focused landing pages.

Meta Ads & Marketing Systems You’ll also get exposure to the technical side of digital marketing, including:
- Basic Meta Ads knowledge and Meta Ads Manager.
- Setting up and organizing Meta Business/Ad accounts when required.
- Understanding campaigns, ad sets, ads, audiences, and budgets.
- Basic tracking and troubleshooting.
- Supporting the team with funnel and marketing technology.
- Learning how landing pages, ads,



lead generation, and sales systems work together.

What We’re Looking For You could be a great fit if you:
- Have basic knowledge of landing pages.
- Have basic knowledge of Meta Ads / Meta Ads Manager.
- Are comfortable working with computers and learning new software.
- Have strong attention to detail.
- Learn quickly and implement feedback.
- Are willing to take ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.
- Are committed and consistent.
- Want to build a serious career in technology, funnels, and digital business.

Good to have Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- WordPress / Elementor
- GoHighLevel
- ClickFunnels
- Framer
- Webflow
- Canva
- Basic HTML/CSS
- Basic conversion-rate optimization

You don’t need to know everything. We care more about your ability to learn and execute. Compensation & Growth

First Month — Probation

₹5,000 fixed compensation The first month will be used to evaluate your technical ability, learning speed, consistency, and ownership.

After Probation

₹5,000 per successfully completed project

You will earn a ₹5,000 commission for every eligible client project you successfully complete, subject to the company’s project and quality requirements.

After 3 Months

Based on your performance and contribution, the role can transition to:

Fixed Monthly Salary + ₹5,000 commission per project

Work Environment

Location: Dehradun

Work Mode: WFH / Hybrid

You’ll primarily work remotely, with the expectation of coming to our office 1–2 days a week when required, depending on projects, training, collaboration, and business requirements.
