Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage annual accounts finalization, statutory audit, internal audit, risk management, compliance management, and financial reporting.

- Prepare MIS reports on a regular basis to track business performance.

- Ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting by analyzing financial data.

- Oversee provident fund, gratuity, NPS, superannuation processes for the organization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement in finance operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-6 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant (CA) with expertise in accountancy and finance.

- Solid knowledge of SAP system implementation and maintenance.

- Excellent analytical skills for financial analysis and planning.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
