Urgent opening for Telesales- Team Leader for Solar company with Good salary and Attractive Incentives

Location: Near Hopes, Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities1. Team Management

- Lead and manage a team of Telesales Executives.
- Allocate leads and monitor daily follow-up activities.
- Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly team targets.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, productivity, and discipline.
- Conduct daily team huddles and performance reviews.
- Motivate team members to consistently achieve targets.

2. Sales & Target Achievement

- Drive the team to achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Monitor daily calls, connected calls, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.
- Identify low-performing employees and implement performance improvement plans.
- Ensure timely follow-up of all qualified leads.
- Analyse lost leads and identify reasons for non-conversion.
- Support team members in handling difficult customers and closing opportunities.

3. Call Monitoring & Quality

- Regularly monitor and audit telesales calls.
- Ensure executives follow the approved sales pitch and communication standards.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Train team members on objection handling and effective closing techniques.
- Ensure qualified and customer-friendly communication.

4. Lead & CRM Management

- Ensure all leads are properly updated in the CRM.
- Monitor lead status, follow-up dates, remarks, and conversion stages.




- Ensure no qualified lead is missed or left unattended.
- Monitor pending and overdue follow-ups on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with Site Surveyors and Sales teams for lead conversion.

5. Training & Development

- Train new Telesales Executives on products, processes, CRM, and sales techniques.
- Conduct regular refresher training.
- Coach team members on communication, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
- Identify individual skill gaps and provide one-to-one coaching.
- Share successful sales practices with the team.

6. Reporting & MIS

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly telesales performance reports.
- Track individual and team-wise KPIs.
- Monitor target achievement, conversion ratio, call productivity, and follow-up performance.
- Highlight performance gaps and operational issues to management.
- Maintain accurate sales and performance records.
