- Team Leader – domestic process BPO.
Requirements
Manage and monitor a team of customer support executives.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly team targets.
Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality.
Handle escalations and resolve customer-related issues.
Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets Qualification - graduate Salary: 23K CTC Shift Timing:
- 9:00am-6:00pm (1-hour break) Week off:
