ABOUT THE ROLE

Golden Wave Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Team Leader with strong expertise in Real Estate Sales and Team Management.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leading sales teams, driving revenue, managing high-value customer interactions, improving conversions and consistently achieving sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team while driving individual and team performance.

Sales Management

Monitor daily sales activities, lead follow-ups, site visits, conversions and overall team productivity.

Customer & Site Handling

Support the team in handling key customers, site visits, negotiations and important booking closures.

Target & Revenue Achievement

Develop effective sales strategies, monitor performance and drive the team towards monthly and quarterly targets.

CRM & Reporting





Ensure accurate CRM updates, lead tracking, sales reporting and timely performance reviews.

Coaching & Development

Train and mentor team members on sales techniques, objection handling, customer engagement and conversion strategies.

Business Growth

Identify opportunities to improve lead conversion, sales productivity and overall business performance.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

✓ 7–8 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Sales

✓ Robust experience in Sales Team Leadership & Management

✓ Proven record of achieving sales targets and driving conversions

✓ Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills

✓ Strong understanding of Real Estate Sales & Customer Handling

✓ Experience in CRM, lead management and sales reporting

✓ Strategic, target-oriented and result-driven approach
