Role Description The Team Leader is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru East, responsible for overseeing a small team of consultants and support staff. This role includes planning and assigning daily tasks, monitoring performance, and providing coaching to ensure high-quality client service.

The Team

Leader coordinates client engagements, reviews market research and investment proposals, and helps resolve client issues promptly and professionally. They collaborate with senior leadership to streamline processes, track key performance indicators, and contribute to business development initiatives.



The role also involves preparing reports, maintaining compliance with internal standards, and fostering a positive, inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team supervision, performance management, and mentoring.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Experience in real estate, financial services, consulting, or a related field, with an understanding of property markets.
- Analytical and organizational skills for reviewing data, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines.
- Comfort with on-site work in Bengaluru East and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Proficiency in common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or project management software).
- Commitment to ethical practices, inclusivity, and continuous learning in a professional consulting setting.
