We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Leader - Engineering to join our organization in Udaipur, India. In this role, you will lead a talented team of engineers, drive technical excellence, and oversee the successful delivery of engineering projects. You will be responsible for fostering a collaborative environment, developing team members, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, providing guidance on technical and professional growth
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to support their career development
- Analyze technical challenges and implement effective solutions using a detail-oriented and analytical approach
- Manage project budgets and allocate resources efficiently to optimize team productivity
- Facilitate communication between engineering teams and other departments to ensure project alignment




- Establish and maintain organized workflows and processes that promote efficiency and consistency
- Monitor team performance metrics and identify areas for improvement and process optimization
- Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the organization's engineering objectives
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality protocols, and organizational policies

Qualifications

- 5+ years of professional experience in an engineering role or related technical field
- 2+ years of proven team leadership or management experience
- Solid technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of engineering principles and practices
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Proficiency with engineering tools, software, and industry-standard applications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation
- Proven ability to mentor and develop team members
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Preferred: Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Preferred: Familiarity with process improvement frameworks such as Six Sigma
- Preferred: Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
- Preferred: Strategic planning and business acumen experience
