Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end AP and AR processes ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Oversee account finalization, reconciliations, and month-end / year-end book closures.
- Handle fixed assets accounting, GST compliance, and reporting.
- Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and financial analysis for management review.
- Provide client support and ensure queries are resolved promptly.
- Lead and mentor the finance/accounting team to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP) / Accounts Receivable (AR), account finalization, reconciliations, book closure, fixed assets, GST, MIS, budgeting, and client support
Qualification: Graduate in Commerce / Finance or equivalent
